Plaid & Bank Data Disclaimer

By using the Service and connecting a financial account through Plaid:

• You authorize CashSignal to access your financial data via Plaid.
• You grant Plaid the right to retrieve and transmit your financial data to CashSignal.
• Your data may be processed and stored by Plaid in accordance with Plaid’s own terms and privacy policy.

CashSignal:

• does not access or store your bank credentials
• does not control how Plaid processes your data
• relies on Plaid as a secure intermediary for financial data access

Your use of Plaid is subject to Plaid’s applicable agreements and privacy practices.

QuickBooks Online Disclaimer

By connecting QuickBooks Online or another supported accounting system:

• You authorize CashSignal to access and process the accounting data necessary to provide the Service.
• Access is limited to the specific company or file authorized during the connection flow.
• CashSignal does not receive or store your QuickBooks Online login credentials.

Each QuickBooks Online connection is specific to an authorized company and may require separate authorization for each connected company.

CashSignal is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Intuit unless explicitly stated otherwise.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your data.

We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

1. Service Providers

We use trusted providers for services such as:

• hosting and cloud infrastructure
• database management
• authentication and account management
• error monitoring and performance monitoring

These providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only to provide services to us.

2. Financial Data Providers

• Plaid, for bank and financial account data connections
• Accounting platforms such as QuickBooks Online, where you choose to connect them

3. Legal Compliance

We may disclose information if we believe it is necessary to:

• comply with law, regulation, subpoena, or legal process
• protect the rights, safety, security, or property of CashSignal, our users, or others
• detect, prevent, or address fraud, misuse, or technical issues

4. Business Transfers
