End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and CashSignal (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your use of the CashSignal software, platform, and related services (the “Software”).

By accessing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, CashSignal grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Software for your internal business or personal use.

This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the Software.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• sublicense, sell, lease, or distribute the Software
• use the Software for unlawful purposes
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ data or systems

3. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by CashSignal.

This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Software to you.

4. User Data

You retain ownership of your data.

By using the Software, you grant CashSignal a limited license to:

• process your data
• analyze your data
• provide insights and functionality

in order to operate and improve the Software.

All data handling is subject to our Privacy Policy.

5. Financial Data & Integrations

CashSignal may integrate with third-party services such as Plaid.

By using these integrations, you:

• authorize access to your financial data
• acknowledge that data is provided by third parties
• agree to the terms of those third-party providers

CashSignal does not store banking credentials.

6. No Financial Advice

The Software provides financial insights, forecasts, and recommendations for informational purposes only.

CashSignal is not a financial advisor, fiduciary, or investment advisor.

You are solely responsible for all financial decisions and outcomes.

7. Availability & Updates

We may:

• modify or update the Software
• add or remove features
• suspend or discontinue services

at any time without prior notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• you violate this Agreement
• you misuse the Software

Upon termination, your license to use the Software ends immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no warranties, express or implied, including:

• accuracy of forecasts
• reliability of recommendations
• fitness for a particular purpose

Use of the Software is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CashSignal shall not be liable for:

• financial losses
• lost profits
• business interruption
• indirect or consequential damages

arising from your use of the Software.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CashSignal from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

• your use of the Software
• your violation of this Agreement

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.

13. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement at any time.

Continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
